3.8 Menu Bar Functions

File menu

Init State	Returns Solar System Simulator to its initial state.
Open...	Opens files. Html files are shown in the Contents Browser as content pages, and images and animation files are shown in the Media Viewer Window as Media Viewer elements. Files with the scn extension are read as scenario files and executed at the same time.
Save Image...	Saves the current Solar System Simulator as an image file. The format can be differentiated by the file extension and saved in the Bmp/Jpeg/Png/Gif format. The image size is the window size of the current Simulation Window.
Print...	Prints the current Solar System Simulator screen.
Exit...	Ends the Sssim Studio

Edit menu

Store State	Saves the current Solar System Simulator state.
Restore State	Recovers the saved Solar System Simulator state.

View menu

Embed Simulator	Displays the Simulation Window in the Control Window.
Normal window Simulator	Displays the Simulation Window with a title bar.
Full screen Simulator	Displays the Simulation Window in full-size on the screen.
Normal window Media Viewer	Displays the Media Viewer Window with a title bar.
Full screen Media Viewer	Displays the Media Viewer in full-size on the screen.
Reset windows	Returns the Simulation Window, Control Window, and Media Viewer Window to their default positions and sizes.
Browser/Control layout	Positions the Contents Browser and Simulation Controller in the Control Window.
Browser layout	Positions only the Contents Browser in the Control Window.
Simulation/Browser layout	Positions the Simulation Window and Contents Browser in the Control Window.
Simulation/Control layout	Positions the Simulation Window and Simulation Controller in the Control Window.
WindowsXP style	Changes the GUI of the operation screen to the WindowsXP format.
Windows style	Changes the GUI of the operation screen to the Windows format.
Dark style	Changes the GUI of the operation screen to a dark style.
Change Language	Changes the GUI language locale when started up the next time.
Normal mouse Mode	Changes to the mode for using the normal mouse.
Trackball mouse Mode	Changes to the mode for operating Solar System Simulator using the trackball mouse. As normal mouse operations will be disabled, use the touch panel monitor or keyboard shortcut. The mouse cursor will be locked at the Simulation Window and hidden. To exit this mode and switch to the normal mouse mode, press Esc.

Scenario menu

New Scenario	Clears the contents in the scenario edit area.
Open Scenario...	Loads and executes scenario a file.
Save Scenario	Saves the scenario currently edited as a scenario file.
Save Scenario As...	Names and saves the scenario currently edited as a scenario file.
Record Operations	Continues recording operations in the scenario edit area until this function is canceled.
Play Scenario	Executes the scenario currently edited.

Contents...	Shows this manual.
Indexes...	Searches keywords from the manual. Currently not available.
